The successful Tenderer will be encouraged to be innovative, cost effective and incorporate added value when delivering the service The key aims of this service are to provide a preventative service for young people (16+) and adults with Autism or ADHD who have little or no formal support, and to improve outcomes for service users. Lot 2: Neurodivergent Employment Service The Council is commissioning a weekly employment service specifically for neurodivergent adults which provides information, guidance and support to adults with Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions in Calderdale who are working towards gaining paid or voluntary work The service will engage with neurodivergent people without a learning disability who may be vulnerable and isolated within the Calderdale community and will provide them with the specific support, strategies, guidance and information to enable them to enhance their employability in order to apply for voluntary or paid work. The needs of individuals will vary from starting to look at which areas of work interest them and fit their skill set, to applying for their next job.
