## Notice

There are three heavy duty one piece manhole covers and base plates that are require to be dug out and removed completely from within the building. The new type required are very heavy duty type ( 44 ton ) split type cover because of the dust carts and Buses travelling with in the building. They will require to be dug out with and once new ones fitted made good and all rubbish removed from site.
