Questionnaires may be submitted at any time but submissions before a deadline of 15 May 2017 would be most helpful. Additional information: The City occupies and operates accommodation that exceeds over 800 properties covering the following geographical locations: * Square Mile * West End * East London * North London * Epping Forest * Buckinghamshire * Surrey, Heathrow * Thames Estuary That accommodation, some of which is listed, and includes corporate office, school, housing, police, income generating investment property, market and commercial, theatre and concert hall provisions, and other individual property assets associated with City open spaces and built environment at locations across the wider London region. Annual spend on minor works in this context can be variable. Historically total spend has been seen in a range of PS8-9m per annum. Future annual spend may vary further. Over 400 individual works orders can be issued each year with peaks in the number of orders issued usually seen in February, June to July, and September to October. Historically individual works order values are most commonly below PS50,000, but can in some cases be higher.
