Deadline for Questions is 12 noon Friday 15th November 2019 Please allow sufficient time to make a return via the system; late returns will not be accepted and the system will automatically prevent returns after the deadline time. Deadline for receipt of submissions is 12 noon Friday 22nd November 2019.
