It is envisaged that the route to market will be through the CCS RM6060 framework, however this PIN is to signal to the market that we are looking for vehicles to enable a final decision on route to market to be defined. Further information on the CCS framework is available by visiting https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6060. When tendering for new vehicles focus is given to the lowest emission vehicles with the lowest whole life costs that can meet the specification. A full description of the specification required for a Traffic Officer is in the attached Expression of interest form. To be able to provide a turnkey solution to include vehicle conversion is preferable but not mandatory.
