The works will be let in 5 Lots and contractors will bid to win all 132nr properties for each relevant lot: LOT 1 - ROOFING + ESFG LOT 2 - SCAFFOLDING LOT 3 - POINTING LOT 4 - GENDERAL BUILDERS WORK LOT 5 - ELECTRICAL Companies must tender for ALL ITEMS in any ONE Lot. If you do not tender for ALL ITEMS in any ONE Lot then your tender will be non-compliant and will not be considered. This tender will be weighted as follows: Price 70% Quality Questions 30%
