## Notice

Teesside University is looking to employ professional services consultants to support its submission for funding to MHCLG by providing cost consultancy and project management services. The initial contract will be awarded on the scope of stage 3+/4 then, subject to funding approval for the winning bidder to continue and undertake RIBA Stages 5, 6 & 7
