This may be by way of a Framework Agreement and there is no fixed quantity of work. Auditors should have knowledge of local government contracts and procurement procedures and be able to conduct detailed and technical internal audits. The purpose of this early engagement is for the Council to understand the market and to draw on this information in order to finalise its options.
