The Authority anticipates that any resource appointed to have strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience in delivering complex regeneration, property, or housing programmes across local and/or central government. The Authority expects a strong knowledge of the OPE programme and understanding of what is needed to develop a successful funding application. The Authority proposes to enter into one Contract for a period of six months with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider), with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a maximum of three months. Such extension(s) will be at the discretion of the Council and subject to satisfactory performance.
