## Notice

No other means of submitting your bid is permissible unless in exceptional circumstances and with the advance agreement of HSE Procurement Unit. Additional information: Submission of tenders will only be acceptable through HSE's In-tend e-portal. Potential suppliers will be required to formally register their interest and "Opt In" to the opportunity though this portal and to complete and submit the Tender Submission Form at Schedule B.
