## Summary

The London Borough of Brent is currently in the planning stage for the "Brent Tech Camps & Awards 2021", aimed at empowering local residents through a series of employer-led training initiatives focused on the Green Economy. The engagement for this tender ends on 11th February 2021, which marks a key deadline for potential collaborators. This initiative not only aims to enhance the employability skills of Brent residents but also aspires to foster partnerships between local businesses and the community, particularly in the software, financial, and business services sectors.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, particularly those involved in mentoring or judging teams during the programme's concluding Pitching Competition, which will be prominently featured in local and national media. Companies that are focused on social value, have experience in skills training, or are looking to hire skilled talent from the local community would benefit from engaging in this initiative. Overall, participation in the Brent Tech Camps & Awards may align with broader corporate social responsibility objectives and could facilitate growth by connecting businesses with skilled talent emerging from the programme.
