## Notice

Based on the maximum contract term the maximum contract value will be GBP 3,010,000.00 A partnering approach is a key requirement for both parties, SW9 require the successful contractor to co-locate on the estate to develop a close working relationship with both management and the operatives who will be delivering the service.
