These are to be reviewed and submitted within 24 hours of these milestones from the start of the survey: * After three days * After 7 days * Every 7 days thereafter Conflicts or issues to be recorded includes, but is not limited to: * Non-compliance with traffic signals * Heavy, sudden or late braking of vehicles * Unusual movements by vehicles or pedestrians including U-turns * Any collision * Any event that could be described as a near miss
