This procurement follows the basic principles of a one stage procurement process by invitation only to GMS and PMS practices to deliver a full time branch site from the current Stockton Health Centre premises at Tithebarn House, Stockton-on-Tees for a period of 5 years, which would be varied into the successful bidder's GMS or PMS contract. The list size of the practice is 2,071 patients as at 01 October 2016. The aim of the service is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients from a premises located at; * Stockton Health Centre, Tithebarn House, High Newham Road, Hardwick, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 8RH Further information regarding the financial value can be found within the information contained in the tender documentation which has been sent to practices by invitation.
