The Hackney Learning Trust (HLT), following consultation with the schools, has agreed to set up a catering framework for Primary schools in Hackney. This Specification sets out the nature of the services to be provided. Where quality standards are set out, they are the minimum acceptable level to be achieved on a consistent basis. The Trust is looking for an experienced provider to deliver the catering services to Hackney Primary schools. The framework will have only one provider. There are initially 8 schools in this framework, however, other schools may call off later.
