## Notice

DCC intended to engage with a single main merchant for the provision of a range of materials from an existing branch (or branches) to support DCC's internal maintenance team and other parts of DCC as required. The duration of the contract is 2 years with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months up to a maximum contract duration of 4 years (48 months).
