## Notice

The Council is seeking to appoint a Consultant to review its existing Children? and adult Safeguarding, Quality Assurance and regulatory processes and to assist in the development of a revised Quality Assurance framework. The objective of the review is to ensure that there is a comprehensive Quality Assurance Framework in place which routinely provides information relating to adult/children? safeguarding practice, including identifying areas of good practice and areas where practice can be improved, and enabling reflective learning and continuous improvement. The appointed Consultant will also be expected to review and test the Council inspection preparation and readiness and carryout a review of Adults services compliance with the Care Act 2014
