This would be used to inform the following: -whether new companies can be created to specifically address these challenges more rapidly than the traditional spin-out process, and -what academic research the UK should be pursuing over the next 5 years in order to create a sustained advantage on the global stage and the DCMS cyber-security strategy more broadly. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
