Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is releasing this prior information notice to inform the market of our intention to renew our Vacant Property Services Framework. The framework is a new framework based on demand from members to support with their vacant property services requirements and will replace our existing Void Property Services Framework (EEM0071) that is due to expire in November 2024.
