The framework will incorporate a contractual method of supply.The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements including any wholly owned YPO subsidiaries - The Framework Agreement will be open for use in the Private Sector through YPO Holdings Ltd.
