## Summary

The City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking to establish a comprehensive Dementia Community Support Service through an open tender process. ## Notice

The City of Wolverhampton Council wish to establish a co-ordinated and comprehensive post diagnosis support service that comprises of two components but operates as a single entity with a single point of contact. The single point of contact needs to be available to the public from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday as a minimum.
