This includes understanding the role of the Friends of the Flaxmill Maltings, including the factors that contributed to their disbandment and what can be learned. The evaluation will explore dynamics between national heritage funding bodies and local partners, and to provide evidence that will be used to enhance future working partnerships between these distinct groups.
