Worcester County Council own the Shrub Hill Industrial Estate, a brownfield site situated in an area of under-utilised Victorian factory units mixed with dilapidated 1980's metal clad portal framed buildings which are let to a range of uses / are un-tenanted and require significant upgrade works. The redevelopment of Unit 1 is the catalyst to the redevelopment of the Eastern part of the site and will act as the Gateway through to the future Shrub Hill Quarter wider development.
