The successful contractor will be required to undertake a 3 stage mould eradication process: Stage 1 - Eradication of mould Stage 2 - Application of fungicidal barrier Stage 3 - Decorative finish Salix Homes may also have a requirement for the successful contractor to undertake biocidal fogging within properties or a four stage mould eradication process. Additional information: Salix Homes reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or any part of the contract.
