Project Description The installation of an addressable fire alarm system to Cockram Court, Medgbury Road Swindon. Swindon Borough Council are seeking a supplier to undertake these works to ensure the sheltered scheme has a category L1 fire alarm system. It is essential that the existing fire alarm system stays in full operation until the new system is commissioned. The expectation is that these works will be complete within an occupied building with minimal disruption to tenants. The initial contract term will be for 8 weeks, with no option to extend as stated in the ITT documents. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents.
