We were looking for a partner to provide HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STI) self-sampling kits, lab and robust results management and pathway to care and support for a new targeted service (a 'membership' scheme) provided by PaSH (Passionate about Sexual Health) for Greater Manchester residents who are at highest risk of acquiring HIV. The kits will be provided online in response to a tailored plan by the PaSH service for approximately 100-150 individuals per year, and for offline distribution for a further 300-500 individuals. Flexibility for kit provision and confirmation of engagement in treatment, care and support of those with a positive/reactive result is essential. GMHSCP commissioned this project as part of the 'Ending all new cases of HIV in Greater Manchester within a generation' programme (HIV-e). Greater Manchester has signed up to the Fast Track City initiative, a global partnership committed to the aims of the UNAIDS objectives.
