## Notice

Kirklees Council wish to undertake a review of the High Needs and SEND system. A key output of this work will be to co -produce a coherent and overarching plan which puts in view all aspects of work. This will ensure we achieve our sufficiency aspirations and have adequate resources required to meet our statutory duties whilst providing assurance that budgetary challenges in relation to High Needs and SEND are being managed.
