The requirements for this project are as follows: * the re-roofing of the existing Hall and kitchen extension with associated replacement fascias, soffits and rainwater goods as deemed to be required; and * The demolition to below roof level of the chimney together with the capping thereof and making good with additional infill treated softwood timbers and fixings.
