Brief Description of Requirement The principal objective of this research is to understand consumers' awareness, behaviours and attitudes to fireworks. The issue of fireworks has strong Ministerial interest and, in 2018, OPSS ran a safety campaign, which it is expected to revise and repeat later this year. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document.
