Brief Description of Requirement The principal objective of this research is to understand consumers' awareness, behaviours and attitudes to fireworks. The issue of fireworks has strong Ministerial interest and, in 2018, OPSS ran a safety campaign, which it is expected to revise and repeat later this year. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document.
