The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the organisation's future, by working closely with the Director of Regeneration and Growth. In your role you will display effective leadership of the Spatial Planning and Growth Service by ensuring the delivery of key priorities aligned to the Corporate Plan. You will also monitor frameworks of key regeneration projects for Sandwell Council, examples of this includes economic, investment and physical strategies to support the local borough. Candidates will have a strong background of managing teams and strategic projects showcasing their team management and delivery skillset within complex environments.
