It is currently proposed to split the framework into the following lots, for all Lots the work will be relevant to the social housing sector: *Lot 1: Property (Existing property including disrepair) *Lot 2: Development *Lot 3: Corporate (Includng but not limited to: Corporate Governance, Corporate-related employment advice, Pensions, Charity law, procurement law, All HR employment advice, Commercial disputes, Grant applications, IT and information law, Data protection and freedom of information etc.) *Lot 4: Banking & Finance *Lot 5 Housing Management (including: Housing litigation, General housing advice, Housing management policy advice)
