These will be scored on a cost (50%) and quality (50%) basis as set out in Annex 5. 3.3. The University wishes to obtain further pricing for the option of procuring the modular buildings package via this enabling works contract, should that separate procurement exercise not provide a satisfactory award. However, this is only a contingency measure at this stage, and the core scope of works does not include the modular element.
