Colchester Borough Council wishes to understand the needs for, and siting of, new secure cycle parking within both Colchester town centre and a residential area(s) within the urban area of Colchester. Therefore, a Consultant will be commissioned to consider, prepare and present an options appraisal for the provision of new secure cycle parking in suitable locations. Contract Period Anticipated start date:June 2020 Expected end date: October 2020 Bidders are reminded that this tender has been issued during the COVID-19 pandemic and as such, any advertised dates may be subject to change. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. All bid responses must be submitted through the Delta eSourcing portal no later than 12 noon on Monday 4 May 2020.
