More recently, we have moved to become a market-facing business, aligning our messaging with our offers to the market and the value we provide to those markets from across our technical centres. Following a recent strategic review, CPI is continuing to work as a market-focused organisation and is taking the opportunity to refresh all core messaging and value propositions that will later lead to new marketing collateral, a refreshed website and sales tools. While sales messaging for industry is the primary focus of this work, the core messaging will form the basis of our engagement with all our customer groups.
