The Retention Support Wellbeing Project plans to support the heads of a number of target schools to create a bespoke package of training to focus on health and well-being for staff across their schools and so support teacher wellbeing and through this teacher retention. The successful provider will need to provide the following bespoke service to schools, working closely with the Doncaster Opportunity Area delivery team, which cuts across Doncaster Council and the DfE.
