The building housing that room was demolished in 2007 and a new 3D room in a refurbished building was set up. In 2010, the BGS facility was upgraded to include Europe's first 3D projector which has been in constant service since then which they now wish to replace. The proposed projector must offer an immersive experience for a variety of audiences and purposes, ranging from interactive team meetings, to collaborative modelling, to demonstrations to VIP visitors, clients and academics. 3D modelling and visualisation are key components of BGS strategy. The proposed projector must be compatible with the existing system. Additional information: As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS can use the CCS eSourcing Suite for future procurements.
