## Summary

The procurement process involves a Framework Agreement for the Design and Installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems, initiated by Procure Plus Holdings Limited, a buyer based in Manchester, England. This process is classified under the works category, specifically targeting the commissioning of heating installations. It encompasses two lots primarily focused on the North West region of the United Kingdom, potentially extending to other areas. The tender was published on 6th October 2016, with an end date for submissions set for 7th November 2016. The total value of this procurement is estimated at £80 million, and the framework agreement duration is four years, commencing on 3rd April 2017 and concluding on 2nd April 2021.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in the installation and design of heating systems, particularly those experienced with ground source heat pumps. Companies that hold the relevant accreditations and capabilities are encouraged to participate, with opportunities available for both individual and commercial sized systems. This tender would especially benefit small to medium enterprises (SMEs) aiming to expand their market reach, as bidders are allowed to compete for one or both designated lots, thereby fostering an inclusive environment for diverse suppliers in the energy sector.
