To capture * Heating Efficiency - How efficient the heating system is delivering heat around the home using our unique thermal image analysis tool * Property Heat Loss Calculation - How much heat is lost through the fabric of the building, by creating an MCS approved heat loss floor plan * EPC - Either an indicative EPC value or a new lodged EPC is completed * Behavior Insights - How people live in their home, their behaviors and their appetite to make improvements to their home ANY WIDER SUPPORT THAT CAN BE PROVIDED, SUCH AS COMMUNICATION CAPABILITY WITH LOCAL PARTNERS AROUND DELIVERY, TRAINING FOR OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS, FOLLOW UP TELEPHONE SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE, AND SOURCES OF FINANCE FOR WORKS BEYOND GRANT SCHEMES ETC
