## Summary

The Bewdley Town Council is currently seeking proposals for the "Bewdley Festive Lighting" contract, which focuses on the annual display of Christmas illuminations in Bewdley, England. This tender is in the planning stage with a procurement method classified as a limited competitive quotation for a contract valued at £24,000 over three years, commencing on 1st May 2018 and concluding on 30th April 2021. The deadline for submitting proposals is 13th April 2018. Interested parties should prepare their bids for the management of installation, maintenance, and removal of the festive lighting scheme.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in electrical machinery and lighting design, particularly those that specialise in festive installations and decorations. Businesses should focus on ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and offering reliable insurance coverage to meet the requirements set forth by Bewdley Town Council.

The scheme can also include "string" lights in Load Street dependent on the overall design of the scheme and cost. Schemes must not be "garish" but a splash of colour may work well. This can be discussed with the Town Clerk. 2. Decorations must not span the width of any highway or road junction. 3. To arrange for all equipment to be stored and fully covered by the Contractor's insurance whilst in storage. 4.
