The object of the contract shall be the maintenance of highways in such a manner as to assist road safety whilst maintaining and enhancing amenity and ecological value. This contract applies to areas of adopted highway within the borough of Kirklees. This Contract is for an initial two year period with the option to extend by a further twelve months.
