There are a number of pieces of work that we will commission as part of this arrangement, with the following being the first two activities. - Deliver guidance and standards for staff to produce clear, impactful, persuasive and accessible content on the website. - Produce an approach to website data to enable understanding of user experience, performance of the website (to include content and transactions) enabling the organisation to make decisions and continuously improve.
