The initiative, classed under advertising services, aims to provide central government and the wider public sector with a transparent framework for media buying, ensuring value for money and effective communication outcomes. The successful media buying agency needs to be capable of providing excellent customer service, as well as delivering value for money. They must also be willing and capable of working in partnership with media buying agencies to deliver the media buying aspect of fully integrated campaigns for government. The media buying agency will be part of the initial brief to enable integration and ensure the agreed process from strategy to implementation is successful.
