Anchor Hanover are looking to develop mutually beneficial, long term partnerships with practices that provide the following services:- National Lot 9 - CDM - Principal Designer (max x6 suppliers) Lot 10 - Planning Consultancy Services (max x6 suppliers) Regional Lot 1 - Architectural & Associated Services (max North x6 suppliers) Lot 2 - Architectural & Associated Services (max South x6 suppliers) Lot 3 - Structural Engineering Services (max North x6 suppliers) Lot 4 - Structural Engineering Services (max South x6 suppliers) Lot 5 - Employers Agent and Cost Consultant (max North x6 suppliers) Lot 6 - Employers Agent and Cost Consultant (max South x6 suppliers) Lot 7 - Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services (max North x6 suppliers) Lot 8 - Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services (max South x6 suppliers) The aim is to establish the Framework Agreement in time to enable the call off, of individual commissions from April 2023 onwards. It is intended that the Framework will meet the needs of Anchor Hanover Group across both the development of new build schemes and planned investment in redeveloping or improving existing schemes.
