For the avoidance of doubt, in addition to the WMCA, the authorities able to access this framework will be: Birmingham City Council Wolverhampton Council Coventry Council Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council Walsall Council
