Brief Description of Requirement The Low Pay Commission (LPC) invites tenders from researchers to investigate the impact of the National Living Wage on pay settlements, pay structures and age-related pay. The research will investigate whether firms have modified their pay and organisational structures, including systems of incentives and rewards, in response to the National Living Wage (NLW) as it reaches its target of 60 per cent of median hourly pay in April 2020. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
