The contractor will need to allow for the following scope of works within their tender price - *Scaffold access *New slate roof (use existing slate where possible) *New fascia & soffits (specification to be agreed with conservation officer) *Valleys *Top Ridge & Hip Ridge *Velux windows *Lead box guttering (to be reviewed with conservation office) Full details of the tender and scope of works can be found in the tender docs - site visits can be arranged by contacting James Doran.
