This will form part of a Stage 2 Heritage Bid being drafted for submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund (HLF) in December 2019 for the restoration and improvement of the historic Coach House in Hurst Grange Park, Hill Road, Penwortham, PR1 9XH as more particularly detailed in the ITQ. The value of the consultancy is estimated to be in the region of PS15,000.
