Suppliers may bid for one or more of the Lots and must clearly state which Lots they are bidding for: * Lot 2 - A study to understand the impact of motivational and opportunity related factors on ethnic minority candidate performance and experience at initial assessment centres. * Lot 3 - A study to understand the impact of motivational and opportunity related factors on ethnic minority candidate performance and experience at promotion exams.
