This is to ensure a stable environment for users with devices which have already been thoroughly tested and are currently in use across the Council. During the course of the contract, if a product becomes End of Life or if there is a specific business need for an alternative product, the Council will work with the Provider to test and purchase alternative items. It is anticipated that the contract will be for a period of 4 years with an option to extend by 2 periods of 12 months.
