The details of works to be delivered under this contract are set out in more detail in the procurement documents. The duration of the contract will be for an initial period of five (5) years with the option to extend the contract period on the same terms for a further period or periods up to five (5) years making possible a total contract period of ten (10) years. The estimated annual contract value is PS7,500,000 (PS7.5m). The estimated total contract value over ten (10) years including the optional extension periods is PS75,000,000 (PS75m).
